Residential Flat Rate Service, which allows you to pay $45 for a remote session, regardless of how long it takes to correct the problem.

Residential Per Minute Service, which has a connection fee of $5 and then a rate of $1 per minute until the session is complete.  This is an excellent choice if you know your problem is very simple to resolve.

Business Flat Rate Service, which allows you to pay $70 for a remote session, regardless of how long it takes to correct the problem.  (workstation support only)

Business Per Minute Service, which has a connection fee of $16 and then a rate of $1.15 per minute until the session is complete.  This option is available if you feel your problem is a quick-fix, or if you are in need of network server level support.
